Some pages that have displayed properly in the past (with wiki formatting, line breaks, etc.) start rendering as plain text (the raw source content of the page, without line breaks or any formatting).
When I look at the source of an offending page, clicking Preview (always?) renders the page properly. Clicking either Cancel or Save without making any changes doesn't fix the page--it still renders ugly.
What does seem to work is to make sure that there is one, and only one, blank line at the end of the raw source. Once I edit the page to conform to this rule (I haven't it seen documented anywhere) and save it, the page *does* display properly. Having wiki pages that don't end with a blank line or with more than one blank line seem to cause the problem, but I'm certain that it's not deterministic. I.e., there are pages in our wiki that don't have one blank line at the end and yet render properly. In fact, it's safe to say that every page that eventually exhibits the problem originally started out being rendered properly.
We have enabled HTML on our wiki, but not PHP.

Can you please give more particulars of your environment? (server, PHP version, template, plugins, anything different from the initial installation, ...) Perhaps you could switch everything back to the initial installation and see if the problem still persists!?

If you still have a "broken" page, copy the corresponding file to a new file inside data/pages and see if it gets displayed properly in the wiki?

Sorry for the delay in response--I'm working with the server admin to get stuff done.
We upgraded to Release 2006-11-06 and the problem has not occurred since!
If you need any more particulars about our environment, don't hesitate to ask.
