$conf['title'] is referenced twice in the default template:
(1) as part of the <title> tag and
(2) as the text in the logo link.
In the first it is processed using hsc(), in the second it isn't.
Is it allowed or reasonable to have html in the $conf['title'] string?
Simple solution: Don't allow html, process using hsc() in (2)
Complex solution: Allow html, strip html tags in (1) -
