FS#857 Add option to have a hit counter or view counter of every page

  It would be nice to have a counter in every page.
  This counter should be incremented when the page is viewed/displayed
  
  It may help administrator to know which page is more popular, also, it may help authors know how successfull his page is.
  
  This is a feature request asking only a page counter. It does not ask for complex reports about page viewed, top 10, etc, etc. It ask for just a counter.

  Hi Thanos, thanks, I have done a new patch of the counter code in erazor-zone, it is here:
  http://wiki.erazor-zone.de/wiki:projects:php:dokuwiki:counter#other_versions
  
  I prevents an infinite loop when file permision prevents reading/writing of the counter data file.
  Also, it supports php4.
  Tested with 2006-03-09b
