Hi,
I have several version of dokuwiki (version 2006-02-09) installed on the same domain like this:
server/wiki1
server/wiki2
if you change between wiki1 and wiki2, the breadcrumbs are remembered, the same for login status. Both wikis are configured to use their own base-directory.

To separate the wikis use a different title for each.
