Links to a specific section in another document (in the same namespace, in this case) are not working and in a sporadic way: the syntax for the link is correct, the correct document opens, appears to go to the specified section, then the browser jumps around the document and lands in the wrong place (in Firefox typically before the link, in IE after). If I copy the section header text from the target doc and paste it after the hash mark in the link (in the original doc) and Save, it works, though there is no visible change to the link text (as I said, it was correct to begin with). And after editing the original doc I can go back to the same "fixed" link and it's broken again.
One common trait of these links is that the section names begin with numbers.
