Diff 2 any revision is a good idea, but what about if a text is revised off line then entered into the wiki and diffed to another existing page? This is practical work for literary writer sites like mine. It's the editors job to compare the first draft to final draft and having more diff flexibility would help. I don't know why Martin Prikryl below didn't leave a tip on how he worked his solution.

I believe that "diff to current" and "diff to previous" will cover 99% of the needs and it is much easier to implement than the "diff to any". I have added this to my wiki and I'm completely satisfied:
