I have a problem in the danish IE where some og the wiki shortcuts is overwritten by IE shortcuts. It is'nt a problem in the english IE. Would it be posible to make a file in the lang folder that defined the shortcuts. It would also make it posible to change the shourtcuts according to what is normal in the given language

I second that. That's a good idea.
But I have to add, that that won't solve all shortcut problems: Every browser has different shortcuts. It could be difficult to serve all of them satisfyingly.
And another problem could be that e.g. not all of your Danish visitors will use Danish browsers (provided that your target group and wiki language is Danish) and so on ...

Still a problem with the JavaScript hotkeys?

The JavaScript hotkeys didn't change how accesskeys are assigned. There's currently no way to specify language dependent keys I also doubt the usefulness. Access keys needs to be remembered, when they change depending on language it is harder to remember them.
BTW. the most common keyboard shortcuts of the operating system do not change with the language either. CTRL-C for "copy" is always CTRL-C even if it should be CTRL-K for German's "kopieren".
I vote for won't fix

My question was whether the hotkeys still clash :)

Outstanding since 2005..
I think also that language depended accesskeys are confusing.
