FS#525 Expanding outline in mediafile selector
CSS, XHTML, JS, Browsers
I'm taking full advantage of the new gallery plugin and find myself creating umpteen galleries in umpteen namespaces. Because I have several galleries embedded on a given page, each page produces several namespaces.
The mediafile selection page lists all namespaces in a fully expanded outline. This is quickly becoming unmanageable. I'd like a solution involving an expandable outline so that all namespaces aren't shown at once.
Since clicking on a new namespace involves reloading the page anyway, it would be nice if the page only scanned for the namespaces (filesystem directories) needed to show the next level of expansion. Otherwise loading this page will only continue to slow as my gallery collection grows. I plan to have thousands of photos in hundreds of galleries.
Also, the mediafile selection window is created quite small. I need more width and no constraint on height. It would be nice to find a solution that makes better horizontal use of space to accommodate deepening namespaces.
