In MSIE v 5.2 on a Mac (not sure which OS version), the interface buttons (login, show source, etc) completely fail to appear.
The simple fix would be to make these interface buttons as simple text links rather than form buttons.

IE 5.2 Mac and NS4.7 are widely known to have all kind of oddities. I think starting to fix DokuWiki for them is like opening Pandorras Box... so won't fix.
