FS#424 timezone in feeds
Localization
2005-06-27
The timezone handling is something strange (and is assume that it is not my provider;?). I've found the tip of adding "putenv("TZ=GMT");" to my local.conf which works for doku.php, but is ignored by feed.php. So, the servertime gets mixed up:
It is correctly reported as "Mon Jun 27 16:57:23 CEST 2005" by date(1). CEST ist GMT+2 (not GMT+1 as CET is). However, the feed reports an offset of +1 which looks like it ignores the fact that we've 34 degrees celsious and, yep, it's summer:-) (by (|)gopher(|)h07(|)org)

Confirmed on current (Darcs 2006-08-28):
# date
Thu Aug 31 09:01:51 2006 +0200
# ~/www/current/inc$ lynx -dump http://localhost/current/feed.php | grep date

Can anyone try this easy fix?
Thank you
