FS#411 Specify stylesheet/template for each namespace

  I am currently using Dokuwiki to move a site using EZPublish to a much simpler system. It will function more as a CMS than a Wiki. It would be great if there was some way of specifying custom stylesheets/templates either per page, or perhaps better, per namespace. Thus we could have one namespace Articles, another Talking points, etc.
