FS#353 Someone please create an SVG plugin like the Graphviz plugin
Customization

I'm most impressed with the Graphviz plugin that was created, however I suspect it can be limited in its range of visual flexability. I'd like to see someone create an SVG plugin as I'm not smart enough to code one on my own. :)
I've always invisioned the ability to do "visio like" drawings within Dokuwiki. This way the content could be edited more dynamically without having to keep originals somewhere else and have a cycle of updates for the images.
One issue however is around ability to edit complex SVG or Graphviz code. While flexible in a textual sence within a wiki, most people want some sort of editor to use a mouse to "drag/draw" then store as SVG/GVIZ. If we could find a way to also integrate some sort of button that would open a pre-defined edit app (one of the several that are out there) then have it store the resulting updated file back to the wiki.
Anyway just random thoughts I've had on the subject. Thanks again to the guys who did the Graphviz plugin, it is a HUGE step toward where I have hoped things would go. Now lets see what could be done in the SVG area.

Glad you liked it. I'm currently working on a version of the plugin with a simpler syntax. I'll look into adding SVG-support, but I'm not going to make the drag-draw-plugin you are talking about, I'll leave that to someone else.
