FS#35 Footnotes at the end of a “logical block

I’d like to have Footnotes displayed not at the bottom of the page but somewhere inbetween, like if I define a headline and a Footnote in a following pararagraph, the FN should be displayed at the end of that section, eg. above the next headline (perhaps only for Headline Levels 1-3 or so).

This is more of a "personal taste" thing... we like our footnotes the way they are ;-)
