Hi,
I am interested in setting up DokuWiki for an API documentation site. I noticed that DokuWiki is not only case-insensitive, but it forces lowercase onto all page titles. I'd rather that it didn't, as C is case-sensitive and I'd like the page titles to reflect the actual case of a function. How can I change my PHP files to stop the conversion from taking place?
Thanks,

Take a look at the cleanID function in common.php - Be aware that you may break something by disabling lowercasing as other function may assume they get a lowercased name back from this function.

Seems to have worked. Is there any chance that this could be compiled as a configuration file setting? As far as I have seen it breaks nothing. (As you know, the change is trivial, so I won't submit a patch, especially with a high chance of being rejected.)
Thanks again,

Any chance of collision with CamelCase notation for links?
Nevertheless, I agreee that lowercase only is a bit restrictive...
Esapcially when you upload a media file with upercase character... the link is then broken because the upload function does not lowercase the name....
Any idea how I can patch this?
Thanks!
