FS#2726 ACL manager has no recursive pattern support

  The ACL manager plugin needs to support recursive patterns like *:*. The acl subsystem accepts the pattern but the plugin does not.

  The acl system doesn't support patterns like *:*, so I think this is rather a feature request for the ACL system.

  When it's not supported, the wiki needs also update. But there's stated again the plugin manager don't support it, but the acl backend does..

  Hmm this was added here: https://www.dokuwiki.org/acl?do=diff&rev2%5B0%5D=1358256222&rev2%5B1%5D=1359062232&difftype=sidebyside but is really wrong. I removed it again.

  I am not sure if this should be closed? I would rather rename the task to be a feature request instead.
