The explanation accompanying search results doesn't reflect the user's permissions. The current english text is,
"You can find the results of your search below. If you didn't find what you were looking for, you can create or edit the page named after your query with the appropriate tool."
Users with readonly access, can not "create or edit the page..." -

Proposal:
- add a if-else which checks for auth_quickaclcheck($ID) >= AUTH_READ)
- introduce an extra 'searchpagereadonly.txt'. Or do you prefer a placeholder which can include the create/edit message. -
