FS#2623 When zooming the new default template sidebar collapses but does not move to top

  When I visit https://www.hackspace-jena.de/start with iceweasel 14 (firefox) and press ctrl-+ five times to zoom into the page, the sidebar is collapsed but is not moved to the top. michitux suggested on IRC that this might happen because the media queries gets other size information than the corresponding js code which collapses the sidebar.

  Yes, indeed, the used "document.body.clientWidth" changes when zooming. :( "jQuery(window).width()" does the same.

  Instead of relying on the width, we should probably rather check if #dokuwiki__aside and #dw__toc are floating or not.

  Hmm, good idea and bad idea... Bad idea because sometimes we have neither sidebar nor TOC.

  I also just found that IE8 and under will also collapse the sidebar and toc when the browser window is resized, but obviously won't change the according styling/layout.
  I am working on a solution which I will add in a bit.
