FS#2603 checkboxes not visible in Opera
Template
2012-09-16phallobst
Setting "border-width: 0" for input checkboxes (basic.css) makes them visually disappear in Opera, since that style is actually applied to the checkbox widget itself.

This is difficult as form elements are the most problematic (or rather: impossible) to style consistently across all browsers.
These are the (non-)options:
* Removing the "border-width: 0", but that makes an additional border appear in all IE versions.
* Adding the border not to "input" in the first place but to all relevant input types (with input[type=text], input[type=submit], etc) is not really an option either as some of the new input types would need a border in some browser and would not need one in others. And leaving the new HTML5 input types out would mean that potentially some inputs might inconsistently styled.
I cannot think of a different solution. And as there are more IE users than Opera users, I would tend to close this issue as "Won't fix". Unless someone has a better idea?

"border: none" seems to work both in Opera and in IE
