In the list of licenses to choose from, a null option is added at runtime with the untranslated name "None". (install.php:215)

Should be a "None" license available with appropriate localization or should it be removed, to only display the ones out of "license.php"?

If it's the first case, shouldn't be "None" also added to license.php instead of having it in the install.php?

The English language string has been added in b1730bd2 and modified in 2e41a025 - now just the translations are missing.

Localization are available in bg/de/de-informal/eo/en/fr/it/ko/lv/nl/pt-br/zh/zh-tw.
