FS#2438 Provide a config option to set default to pages/mediafiles/mixed for the "recent changes" page

  Hi,
  
  since Angua the recent changes page shows by default changes to media files and pages.
  
  As we have a very active wiki, this clutters the history and has an impact on the usability of this feature.
  
  I propose adding a config option to set the default of the recent link.
  
  For the time being I've manually I modified inc/html.php line 645 to this
  
  } elseif ($show_changes == 'pages' || empty($show_changes))
  
  But I'd rather have an upstream solution

  we'd like to have the media revisioning feature, that's fine. I'll try with an example
  
  Standard case:
  
  1. User clicks in the upper right on "Recent Changes"/"Letzte Änderungen"
  2. On the now loading page changes to pages are shown and also updated and/or recently uploaded media files
  
  Wished behaviour
  
  1. Admin sets default of the "recent changes" page to pages only (or one of the other two options)
  2. User clicks in the upper right on "Recent Changes"/"Letzte Änderungen"
  3. On the now loading page changes to pages only are shown (according to the config option)
  
  I hope I could clarify my request.

  I would rather suggest storing each user's choice in a cookie, without the need of a config option.
