FS#2282 PHP warning in /lib/tpl/index.php

  I upgraded to the Rincewind release yesterday.  Today I visited my /lib/tpl/index.php page via a browser and saw this warning:
  
  Warning: define() expects at least 2 parameters, 1 given in /home/xxxxx/public_html/lib/tpl/index.php on line 12
  
  The code reads:
  if(!define('NOSESSION')) define('NOSESSION',1);
  
  but it should read:
  if(!defined('NOSESSION')) define('NOSESSION',1);
  
  Minor syntax issue.
