  Dokuwiki have problem with Vietnamese character, example: if i creat a page with name: "cộng hòa xã hội chủ nghĩa việt nam độc lập - tự do - hạnh phúc", dokuwiki will change: "cộng_hoa_xa_hội_chủ_nghia_việt_nam_dộc_lập_-_tự_do_-_hạnh_phuc" as file name.

  Is this about filenames or page IDs? Are you aware of the deaccent option?

  the page ID at least for when the internal utf8 functions are being used is bad for Greek too.
  
  Example:
  A page with name: "Αρχιτεκτονική Μελέτη" turns into "αρχιτεκτονική_υελέτη".
  Just to explain, the "υ" is the small case for "Υ" and the small case of "Μ" should have been "μ" not "υ".

  This seem to be two problems.
  
  Nguyen you should simply deactivate the deaccent option.
  
  Petsagourakis you seem to have found a bug in our lowercase lookup

  actually I can not reproduce that lower case bug either. might have been fixed a while ago.
