FS#1831 userewrite=2 (Dokuwiki internal) doesn't work

  When switching the userewrite option in the config manager to Dokuwiki internal and having no dokuwiki basedir set then the bqacklinks point to a wrong directory.
  Each time you click on the backlink link this directory gets added.
  
  e.g. dokuwiki installed c:/htdocs/dokuwiki/
  backlink shows: [[c:htdocs_index.html]]
  after a few clicks: [[c:htdocs_c:htdocs_c:htdocs_c:htdocs_c:htdocs_start]]
  
  when I add the basedir of /dokuwiki/ in the config it seems to work

  I can confirm both the bug and the workaround.
  
  Of course, the wiki used to work before with the "Dokuwiki" rewrite method, and without explicitly setting the "basedir" variable.

  Addendum: I'm using Apache 2.2.12 and PHP 5.2.10 under Linux.
