"uds" is a template and gets installed properly in tpl/ though still reported to be a "plugin".
This "issue" (it's rather a new feature) isn't fixed, but is in no way a showstopper for the new release. I remove it from the roadmap now.
Maybe we should use the word "extension" or "add-on" instead of template and plugin? Especially since we are going to treat them nearly the same. Then we should also rename the "plugin manager" to "extension manager" etc.
1. I confirm, the untranslated are now corrected in the right way.
2. I also agree with the change of name. I like a lot of "Extension Manager" and now it's good time to introduce this change because the begining of project in GSOC.
We will introduce a completely new extension manager in the future (GSoC project). This bug is postponed til then.
New Plugin Manager is completely rewritten. So this has no added value anymore.
