FS#1735 Add possibility to edit link titles

  It would be nice to have the possibility to edit link titles.
  Proposed syntax:
  [[link target|link text|link title]]
  (The last two parameters would be optional of course.)
  
  At the moment the link title reads "namespace:pagename" which is not the best solution for usability and accessibility. Another option could be to use the first heading of the target page (with useheading enabled) instead.

  This is similar to FS#1590, which mentions the Explicit ID feature in TracWiki as a potential solution.

  If I didn't misunderstand, this has nothing to do with FS#1590!?
  FS#1590 is talking about giving headlines explicit anchor names. This feature request here is asking for link titles. I don't see the connection ...

  If it serves something, I am currently (Jan 2010) working on a plugin that will allow to set a link with title (tooltip?), among other small features, and that so far doesn't conflict with normal link syntax except for the case where medialinks ({{:media:image.png}}) are used as link name.

  Well, I'm finally done with something. A plugin in testing stage that allows to set link titles/tooltips, as well as some other features which may complement DokuWiki's external-link syntax. Tentative name is "linkbonus" and has a syntax similar to the requested above.
