This appears to be an artifact of some non-standard PHP syntax. Most standards-complaint webservers (i.e. not Apache or IIS) will likely have issues because of this. Offending entries look like: //header('HTTP/1.0 $CODE $MESSAGE');//, but I believe the more correct syntax would be: //header("Status: $CODE");//. I've attached a small patch against "Adora Belle" which makes the necessary changes. Works for me on Hiawatha 8.5 and nginx 1.3.7.
