FS#1643 don't call breadcrumbs() if 'you are here' is used
Currently, doku.php calls breadcrumbs() irrespective of $conf['youarehere']. As far as I can see this is unnecessary overhead when hierachical breadcrumbs are used.
I suggest to modify the code (doku.php line 66) to
if (!$conf['youarehere']) breadcrumbs();
if (!$conf['youarehere'] && conf['breadcrumbs']) breadcrumbs();
I have seen wikis using both! So,
if ($conf['breadcrumbs']) breadcrumbs();
would be the correct way to go ...
