  In an apache2 server with NameVirtualHost on ports 80, and 443 Apache seems to set the SERVER_PORT to 443,
  and this causes a problem in getBaseURL() in init.php. The URL is reports is http://host:443/...

  As you can see I seem to be having some batty problem with SERVER_PORT being 443. Am purging, and reinstalling Apache to see what the default is.

  After purging, and re-installing Apache, SERVER_PORT is now 80 again.
