FS#1578 Start button (home page) for registered users

  I would like a "Start" (Inicio in spanish) button, for registered users only, to go to a (per user) home page.
  
  By default, it would go to <User>:<Start page name> if it exists.
  
  As a second step, the user's home page could be added in User Manager.
  
  I think it's something simple and very useful, suitable for main version, not for plugin. Do you agree?
  Or should I try to develop a plugin for this?
