FS#1480 Include Plugin: successive includes are increasingly indented.

  Problem using the include plugin:  http://www.dokuwiki.org/plugin:include
  
  I have pages A, B, and C each with nothing but a level 2 headline:
  
  ===== my headline =====
  
  When I include A, B, and C in page D, those headlines are successively indented, as if A is level 2, B is level 3, and C is level 4.
  
  I expected them to each appear in page D as level 2 headlines.
  
  Note that page D has nothing else but the includes.
  
  Any thoughts?
