FS#1435 Tagged page drops off a topic list if referenced in another topic list

  Below are 2 scenarios:
   - a base one to set the stage
   - a bug one to illustrate the issue
  
  Base Scenario:
   1. Create a page called TagAndTopicTest
   2. Create a page called Pattern1 and tag it with the following tags: mypatterns pattern1
   3. Create a page called Pattern2 and tag it with the following tags: mypatterns pattern2
   4. Create a page called Framework1 and tag it with the following tags: myframeworks framework1
   5. Create a page called Framework2 and tag it with the following tags: myframeworks framework2
   6. On the TagAndTopicTest page add the following:

  {{topic>mypatterns}}\\
  
  ==== List of Frameworks ====
  {{topic>myframeworks}}\\
  
   7. Display the TagAndTopicTest page, you will be able to see the 2 patterns and the 2 frameworks
  
  Bug Scenario:
   8. Now on the Pattern1 page, let's show what frameworks are implementing the pattern, by adding the following:
  
  ====== Frameworks Implementing My Pattern ======
  {{topic>pattern1 -mypatterns}}
  
   9. Display the Pattern1 page, you will be able to see Framework 1 listed
   10. Now let's go back to the TagAndTopicTest page, you will see that Framework1 has dropped off the list
  
  Summary:
  The Framework1 page drops off the main topic list on the TagAndTopicTest page once Framework1 is part of the output of another topic list for the Pattern1 page.
