FS#1429 greek letter BETA (B) recognized as non-valid in links

  Thr greek letter BETA (B) is recognized as non-valid in links
  and is substituted with nothing or the configuration [sepchar] character.
  
  As a reference  you could check the top link (in greek)
  in http://trikilug.gr  and in what page they link to.

  in trikilug.gr the example mentioned is moved to a section near the  middle of the first page.
  
  Also my first suspect is the inc/pageutils.php  cleanID function.

  after a 2-3 days research i found that in the $UTF8_SPECIAL_CHARS2 array in the inc/utf8 file there are
  some greek characters that i cant see why there are special and utf8_stripspecials i think removes them
  and replaces them with a sepchar.

  i looked in gucharmap and the problem is with the 'greek small letter beta' which should be erased or replaced with -curled beta U+03D0- (cant type it in the keyboard and is a fancier beta ) and remove the 'U+03C6 GREEK SMALL LETTER PHI'  since  there is the 'U+03D5 GREEK PHI SYMBOL' which has a technical conotation as i read in unicode standard. (i'll but that though in my bug report also).
