Discussion of bug
FS#1381 revealed that mis-spelled words are not designed to be a light (hard
to read gray). Undesired CSS is being used, Gina Haeussge found a patch to the spellchecker
style.css that restores the older behavior of mis-spelled words being highlighted in visible red.
Unless the light grey highlight is a design feature (might be for all I know), then Gina's patch,
attached here also, will fix the problem. But someone needs to confirm that it is acceptable and
merge it into DARCS. Problem exists from 2008-04-17 forward (probably even earlier, but I only
know as far back as 2008-04-17. Note that to be certain of the specified behavior, the browser
cache MUST be cleared between tests, this is what caused me think I had bigger problems.
Patch basically adds "div#spell__result" to current "a.spell_error", "span.spell_noerr", and
"span.spell_wait" styles in lib/plugins/spellcheck/style.css.
I have confirmed this fix works on IE6, Firefox 1.5x and Firefox 2.x.
