If you have hierarchical breadcrumbs turned on, and "use first heading" turned on, and you have a Wiki page (say ":start") that has a link to another Wiki page (say ":contacts"), and you change the H1 on "contacts", the title of the link on "start" does not change to reflect the H1 on contacts until you edit and re-save start.

My quick (and dirty) fix:
In 'inc/parserutils.php', find
function p_get_first_heading($id, $render=false)
and change it to:
function p_get_first_heading($id, $render=true)

Chris,
The problem (as I pointed out) is that if the page is cached, and then you change the heading 1 on the link, then the link title still doesn't change. I don't know if this is considered a bug or not. If you use ~~NOCACHE~~ it works, but still ... maybe these link titles should never be cached.

The more I think about it, I still consider this a bug. If you use hierarchical breadcrumbs, and you change the H1 on a page, the link referring to the page should have its title changed whether it is cached already or not. If you don't want to work on it, at least re-open it so that it's still considered a bug.
