FS#1231 html is stripped from RSS descriptions regardless of 'htmlok' setting

  I've configured dokuwiki with config parameter 'htmlok' set to 1, yet still my images in my flickr RSS feed don't show up. HTML tags appear to be getting stripped. You can fix this by modifying xhtml.php, line 809, and change

   else{
      $this->doc .= strip_tags($item->get_description());

  to:
  
   if($conf['htmlok']){
      $this->doc .= $item->get_description();
   else{
