FS#1223 Additional namespace-template place-holder

  I'd like to see the variable @FILE@ added to the place-holders allowed for namespace templates.
  
  @FILE@ should basically be @ID@ - @NS@. This is extremely useful for wiki setups like my own where I use the Title Lookup feature for displaying a link. I.e. the name displayed is not the actual name of the page.
  
  For example, one thing I'd like to do on my wiki is have a template like this:
  
  ---
  
  ===== @page@ =====
  
  ^Wiki Link:|@FILE@|
  ^Namespace:|@NS@|
  
  Write your stuff here
  
  ---
  
  It's also very useful for creating templates for plugins that rely on the page name, e.g. the tags plugin.
  
  I've made this modification to my own wiki and it works well; all it requires is the addition of the following line to inc/common.php at or around line 655.
  
  $tpl = str_replace('@FILE@',noNS($id),$tpl);
