FS#1200 Update GeSHi-Engine from 1.0.7.19 to => 1.0.7.20

Just noticed that DokuWiki 2007-06-26 includes GeSHi 1.0.7.19. I noticed too that GeSHi 1.0.7.20 has been released on 2007/07/02 and so not included in the lastest DokuWiki-release.

I looks quite innocent since changes are small, but can sometimes fix small 'bugs' in HL-engine. For example see comments on the discussion-section of this plugins wiki-page (http://wiki.splitbrain.org/plugin:code2#discussion).

Of course the GeSHi-engine can be updated manually quite easy (although, I just replaced the GeSHi-engine of [a copy of] my 'productionsite' running [a fixed] DokuWiki 2006-11-06-release and this works without any problems so far) by replacing all GeSHi files:

../inc/geshi.php
../inc/geshi/*.*

but I guess that shouldn't be the 'policy' since this can create lots of upgrading-issues when upgrading DokuWiki-Core.
For this reason I have added this 'feature request' as a kind of reminder to update it in future releases when possible and available :-)
