On most of the pages on my test server, I've noticed they are publicly editable.
For instance, on the dokuwiki site: wiki:tips you can edit the page without being logged in.
I'm not sure if this is a bug, or something I missed, but I looked all over the dokuwiki site for an answer to this and found nothing.
