  This bug means you cannot add new pages to new namespaces - Ive just spent 10 hours trying to configure dokuwiki, changed servers due to safe mode restrictions, and now I get this!!!!
  
  I'm not stupid either - the install process should not be so bug ridden...

  The problem appears that the file it is looking for has not yet been created (therefore there are no elements in the instructions array) - i think the wiki is trying to create a meta file even though the page is not created yet.
  I am at the stage where I have to choose another wiki as this is a deal breaker for me now....and I like docuwiki a lot! (i just could not et it to work)

  Some others have reported this error in the forum, http://forum.dokuwiki.org/thread/431. I haven't been able to duplicate it.  Can you give some details of your server setup (OS, Webserver, PHP) and what you are doing that triggers the error.
  
  As I say in the forum, I can see one execution track where its possible to not have an array by line 318. However that execution track should indicate a more serious problem - DokuWiki unable to instantiate its lexer.
  
  Given the error your seeing is only a warning, you may get some success by turning off PHP's display errors and/or altering the reported error level to E_ERROR.

  This has started to happen to me too after moving *txt from / to > blabla/*.txt
  Now when I click "save" I get:

  If I create the file manually on the server I can open the file and resave it, and everything works fine again...

  Hmm.. me again... Why do I always get the good ideas after posting???
  
  Right after last entry I though that I should check the owner/chmods to the new dir...
  Changed them to apache:apache (as the other dirs) and now it seem to be working again.
  
  Is this just meor did you also forget to check your chmods?

  Hi guys.
  
  I had this error to...
  The problem is about default chmod (umask !!!) for files and directories creates by apache, not about PHP.
  
  Namespace X is archived in dirs : data/pages/X and data/meta/X.
  If permission rights for these dirs don't have o+w right, You'll get the error.
  
  Solution?
  If your's system root cannot set umask giving o+w permission for new files created by apache,
  You will need to create these dirs by yourself
  and give them chmod o+w. Then it will be work...
  
  DokuWiki is hard to use on system with too restricted umask for apache user...

  I can't reproduce it.
