Thank you for this information, but I think Ctrl+S due its popularity should be default shortcut for saving edited page.
If it can be achieved through configuration, then great, it should be just made default, but after reading
http://wiki.splitbrain.org/wiki:accesskeys I guess only way to do it in configuration is to change modificator key to Ctrl for all shortcuts (I didn't check if it works) and it's bad solution for all the people who got used to Alt as a modifier key in dokuwiki.
I think that Ctrl+S should be additional shortcut to make life easier for people like me.
And it's safe because there is no believable scenario where people would prefer default browser save page dialog in this context.
Ctrl+S after editing is like puting dot at the end of the sentence, like puting semicolon an end of instruction, like cigarette after sex for people who smoke (and have sex ;-))
It's like a nervous tick of people who edit lots of documents.
