When I try to insert heading (of any level) with cyrillic letters like this:
=== Заголовок ===
the result page does not contain this text at all. But when I add english character or digit to the end of text, like this:
=== Заголовок d ===
the result page contain this heading with appropriate formatting

I'm using IE 6.0 under Windows XP SP2. Really, your link is displayed correctly on my computer.
I've downloaded and installed Mozilla Firefox and yes, all works fine. As I found, Internet Explorer just hide cyrillic headings while I using UTF-8 encoding. Just after changing encoding to Windows-1251, I can see all my headings, but, of course, in improper encoding.
Thanks for help, Andreas

Additionally, I don't understand, why my local wiki doesn't want to display these headings, while wiki in example above does, even in utf-8 encoding.
Is it possible to change type of this tread to "Support request"?

Hmm what webserver do you use? As far as I know there are some patched versions of Apache to somehow "enhance" cyrillic support. If this is the case maybe this breaks something.
