Wish for table "key" cell markup.
A typical table is organized like a database table :
- Columns are fields, 1st row is fields names.
- Rows are entries, 1st column is unique identifier (aka key).
Using only one style (header) for 2 concepts (field name & key) does not show correctly the structure.
Using just bold for key is common, but too weak.
So I simulate a "key" style with bold and a background color :

Yes my key is not first. I would not do that without a strong style to help readability.
Syntax could be like :
^ Header ^ Header ^
|! Key | Data |
^! Key header ^ Normal header ^
| Data | Data |
The "^! Key header" would make the whole column key.
