FS#1595 Need a function to define the url of every page like wordpress

  I strongly recommanded that the dokuwiki should add a function which allowed the user to specify the url of everypage. Since I was using the zh edtion of dokuwiki, all urls appear to be sth like this:http://127.0.0.1/dokuwiki/%E5%85%B3%E4%BA%8E%E6%9C%AC%E7%AB%99. I think this is ugly and not friendly to the search engine. I remember that Wordpress has this funtion. You can define the url of every blog you write. So I want dokuwiki has this function as well.
